In regards to the music I kinda know where you are coming from.. you want the Blimp to be cool and slick when trying to escape, but the music in my opinion isnt working so well.. It just really clashes with persona of your animatic. Funky music is usually noted for being cool and cocky which fits the persona of the Blimp BUT there is a manmade, industrial feel about your environment... its like playing a Dad's army song to a Hippie love fest concert, its weird because they stand for two different things and conflict eachother. The music you choose speaks to me as free love, but your environment says structure and order.. It doesnt mash well together because when I did view it for the first time, Ithought it was that another webpage was playing music, it didn't process with me the first time viewing that the music was your soundtrack because it didn't look right with it. I hope you take my opinion into some thought, because at the end of the day you want the audience to read well into your animation so you have an great Crit Presentation :)
I've got to agree with Alex - the music is so genre-specific (and so American) that it clashes entirely with your actual content and 'world'. I think you need to choose again...
